Free platform-neutral planning tool
Estimate your monthly automation workload.
Model ordinary runs, action volume, record multiplication, retries and growth before comparing platform allowances.
No signup. No values are sent anywhere. This is a workload estimate, not a provider price quote.
Planning result
Estimated monthly step volume
- Base action executions
- 6,000
- Retry allowance
- 300
- Expected executions
- 6,300
- Planning allowance
- 7,560
Runs × actions × average records.
Additional executions from the retry assumption.
Base volume plus retries.
Expected executions plus the growth buffer.
Platform units are defined differently. Triggers, polling, routers, AI features, code, data bundles, runtime and failed work may be counted differently. This estimate is not a direct estimate of any provider’s bill.
Use the result carefully
Turn the number into better pricing questions.
Record the planning allowance, then map the same workflow against each shortlisted provider’s current billing rules. Check which steps consume allowance, whether a trigger or polling check is counted, how multiple records are handled, what retries cost and whether AI or code uses a different unit.
Run at least three cases: an ordinary month, a busy month and a failure-heavy month. Compare the total UK cost, taxes, billing cycle, overage behaviour and any connected-service charges. A plan with a larger headline allowance is not automatically better value.
Next step
Test the workflow, not just the arithmetic.
Use low-risk sample data to verify real connector behaviour, errors, duplicate prevention, permissions and recovery before committing to a paid plan.
